Late Arrivals • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to ensure our schedule runs smoothly. All tools and equipment are sterilized after each use. • Health Concerns: If you have any health concerns, allergies, or infections, please inform our staff before your service. Payment & Gratuity • Payment: We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. • Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the service price but is greatly appreciated. You may tip in cash or add it to your card payment. Personal Belongings • Belongings: Please keep personal belongings with you at all times. MI NAILS 3 is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
